Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must strive to provide the newest, most popular Video Gaming Terminals throughout the term of this contract. Video gaming terminals must be located in an area that is restricted to persons over 21 years of age. Vendor shall provide at least one licensed terminal handler per location in which it places VGTs at the State Fair to repair the VGTs and monitor them as required under Illinois Gaming Board Rule 810(e) (11 Ill. Adm. Code 1800.810(e)). Vendor assumes the primary responsibility for ensuring that a person over the age of 21 years of age maintains a line of sight with the video gaming terminals as required under Board Rule 810(e). Vendor, through the licensed terminal handler(s) shall also be responsible for preventing access to the VGTs by underage individuals, as required by Board Rule 270(i) (11 Ill. Adm. Code 1800.270(i)). Vendor is responsible for replacing any broken or non-working VGT’s within twelve (12) hours of non-operation. Vendor shall provide Thirty (30) VGTs for the Du Quoin State Fair. Twenty (20) VGTs shall be place in the Grandstand and ten (10) VGTs shall be places in the Beer Tent. Vendor shall have the appropriate number of VGT’s installed in the location mentioned above for the Du Quoin State Fair and ready to operate on the date/times specified by the IDOA. Vendor shall have all VGT’s removed from the fairgrounds no later than 48 hours after the last official day of the fair. Vendor shall operate the Video Gaming Terminals at the Du Quoin State Fair during the following timeframes. Timeframes may change from year to year as determined by IDOA in collaboration with the vendor.
