Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall provide clean-out of three (3), 3000-gallon, septic holding tanks at interstate rest areas: Spoon River Rest Area – Westbound (2) tanks and Spoon River Rest Area – Eastbound (1) tank. The Vendor shall provide clean-out of the three (3) septic holding tanks, on an as needed basis. This will be done by a call from an authorized District 4 employee. The Vendor shall inspect the clean water tank and clean filters, on an as needed basis. The Vendor shall inspect the clean water tank and add chlorine tablets, if necessary, on an as needed basis. The Vendor shall inspect, maintain and repair the Rest Area Septic Field, in which the pipes seem to work to the surface, will need to be covered. The Department will call the Vendor to inspect or repair. The Vendor shall inspect, repair or replace parts pertaining to three (3) separate Septic Pumping Stations, on an as need basis. Consistent of 6 pumps total and pumping housing units. The Vendor shall notify the Department a minimum of three (3) business days in advance of planned septic holding tank cleaning and will not pump until receiving documented approval of pumping date from the district...
